Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality environment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, laundry services, and custodial tasks
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures aligned with industry best practices for hospitality environments
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency
- Oversee safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use to ensure a safe working environment for staff
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep cleans during low occupancy periods
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within hotels or similar hospitality settings with a strong focus on cleanliness standards
- Supervising experience leading teams in janitorial or custodial roles with demonstrated leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and custodial practices
- Strong management skills with the ability to organize workflows efficiently and motivate staff effectively
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to perform thorough inspections and uphold quality standards
- Familiarity with hospitality industry regulations and safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments effectively
