Responsibilities
- Help the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies markets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners to foster long-term business growth
- Identify new market opportunities through analysis of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts
