Helping Maintain a Clean and Organized EnvironmentYou help keep the restaurant safe and efficient by:

Housekeeping Keeping your work area and common areas clean and tidy. Work CLEAN.
Stocking Essentials Restocking napkins, utensils, and supplies as needed.
Dish Handling Helping to keep dishware clean and available.
Station Checks Supporting the team by ensuring base line and line pars are stocked and organized.
Equipment Care Using tools properly and reporting any issues to a lead or manager.
Monitoring Temperatures Assisting with temperature checks to ensure food safety.
Exit tickets: Ensuring a thorough completion of each task on the ticket.
 

Delivering Quality and Accuracy––You help maintain food quality and presentation by:

Order Accuracy Following the order process carefully to prevent mistakes.
Quality Awareness Keeping an eye on food appearance and taste, and reporting issues to a lead.
Following Cooking or Reheating standards Preparing food according to company standards.
Stock Awareness Informing leads or managers when supplies are running low.
Following FIFO Assisting with proper food rotation to prevent waste.

Supporting Efficiency & Sales––You help the business succeed by:

Taking Orders Clearly and Accurately Ensuring customers get exactly what they ordered. Including highlighting each ticket with modifiers.
Assisting with Flow Keeping the service line clean, organized and moving efficiently.
Upselling Suggesting additional items when appropriate.
Minimizing Waste Handling ingredients carefully and reporting mistakes to a lead.
Proactive Problem-Solving Bringing small issues to the attention of a lead or senior associate.
Demonstrating Grit Staying calm and focused during busy times.
Qualifications
  • Available late nights, holidays and weekends
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Can stand for long periods of time
  • Legal US work authorization
  • Technology savvy
  • Basic understanding of finances
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Dos Amigos Package
  • An energetic and positive work environment with a supportive team focused on your personal and professional growth.
  • Base $16 guaranteed $18. Yearly avg per hour based on tips $19.75 | 7 days accruable PTO | 5 days paid leave renewed yearly on start date anniversary annual profit-share ($500-$2500) | Shift meal, $80 in-store allowance renewed monthly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18 - $20.00 per hour | Late Night Shift 11pm-4am (Late night hours are weighted pay + $4 per hour)
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
