Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This position will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, and event preparedness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment where priorities may shift.
Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer service emails, phone calls, and direct messages, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Assist with day-to-day operational tasks as needed, such as:

Preparing, packaging, and labeling boxes for pickup from UPS, FedEx, USPS

Other administrative or logistical tasks that support the team’s needs

Support special projects across marketing, operations, and partnerships as the company grows.
Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Comfortable with basic tech tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, Google Drive, etc.)

Flexible, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed

Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, in-person at our 95 Brown Road, Ithaca, NY office

Competitive compensation: $42,000-$50,000
