LGBTQ+ Roundtable

Our Roundtable Series offers confidential spaces to share insights, seek feedback & guidance, and gain mentorship from peers. The LGBTQ+ Roundtable creates a space where queer professionals can build meaningful relationships, discuss topics relevant to their experiences in business and nonprofit settings, and raise the visibility of LGBTQ+ individuals in Tompkins County. This roundtable is open only to those who identify as a member the LGBTQ+ community.

Our topic of discussion this month will be: Are you out in your professional role? What does that look like in practice? What are the challenges and benefits of queer visibility at work?
