Event Description:
Nationally recognized organization wellness expert, Dr. Joel Bennett, will join us in Ithaca for this interactive, uplifting workshop!

This workshop provides participants (community members, employees, employers) with hands-on tools for self-care, resilience, and social support.

You will learn specific steps for identifying and transforming stress into a positive resource.

This workshop is part of an ongoing strategy to build a healthy community in Ithaca and Tomkins County.

Participants are asked to provide feedback and input so we can continually make this better.

  • Co-Facilitators: Dr. Joel Bennett of OWLS and Stacy Cangelosi of Alcohol & Drug Council.
