DESCRIPTION:Public Event Invitation\n\n	 \n\n	Transformations: Celebrating the Change\n\n	 \n\n	The City Federation of Women's Organizations (CFWO) and Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS) are pleased to invite the greater Ithaca community to a ceremony and final celebration at the Women's Community Building at 100 W. Seneca St. on Friday April 13th from 1-2pm.\n\n	 \n\n	The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:15 followed by light refreshments and a chance to view the small historical exhibit: 100 W. Seneca Street: a Historic Past and a Bright Future generously provided by The History Center.  \n\n	 \n\n	Paul Mazzarella Executive Director from INHS\, and Janis Graham current President of the CFWO\, and representatives from the real estate development team for Breckenridge Place will be available for questions and community comment from 1:30 to 2pm.
