After years of renovations\, COVID\, and community curiosity\, we're ready to share our venue with the world.\n\n\n\nWe've successfully held some private events this summer\, and now it's time to go public! We've been itching to host some fun events that are open to the public\, so people can enjoy this beloved & historic property like they used to.\n\n\n\nJoin us for our public debut party on Saturday\, September 3rd from 2pm til sunset! We'll be serving drinks from our porch bar\, including wine slushies\, cocktails\, beer & wine. Our friends at Silo will be slinging fried chicken from their food truck and there will be free live music on our dock all day!\n\n\n\nLineup:\n\n1:45pm - Ribbon Cutting\n\n2pm - Fabi\n\n3:30pm - The Don't Know Whys\n\n5pm - Dan Forsyth\n\n7pm - Tenzin Chopak & Emmett Scott\n\n9pm - DJ after party in the venue!\n\n\n\nCome by land or boat\, and hang out in the venue\, on the porch\, lawn\, dock or in the water!\n\n\n\nWe're so excited for everyone to see what we've done with the place.
