I have a great interest for mental health\, the human brain\, and holistic care. So\, I decided to dive deep into educating myself about the evidence-based practices of ADHD assessment\, diagnosis\, and interventions. I have over 11 years of nursing experience. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). \n\n\n\nI help patients with ADHD overcome emotional\, behavioral\, relationship\, and achievement challenges so that they do not have to rely only on pharmaceutical medication for relief of symptoms. \n\n\n\nI use a mind-body holistic approach which includes nutrition\, behavioral interventions\, and pharmaceutical medications if needed for treatment of ADHD.
