As a lifelong advocate and longtime resident of the area\, I noticed that our community was lacking in fitness opportunities for people with disabilities.  One year later\, I'm proud to say that ABEB has become a place that offers individualized functional fitness for people with disabilities and those who may be considered medically complex.  We work with ANYbody and EVERYbody and honor the aspects of each individual that make them unique.
