DESCRIPTION:Join us for our last in-person Small Business Roundtable of 2021.\n\n\n\nSpend time with peer small business owners to share your experiences\, opportunities\, and challenges - especially as we move through recovery from the pandemic together. The pandemic has profoundly shifted customer expectations\, introduce new workforce challenges\, and disrupted supply chains. During a facilitated conversation we will share best practices and solutions within each of these categories to learn from each others' successes!\n\n\n\nSmall Business Roundtable events are open to owners of small businesses with less than 50 employees.\n\n\n\nThe Chamber is following the guidance of the CDC and Tompkins County Health Department. Out of an abundance of caution\, we ask that all attendees please wear a mask/face covering\, regardless of vaccination status\, to all of our networking events.
