Her business provides coaching and resources for business owners\, entrepreneurs\, consultants\, and social justice leaders. Her network was created to level the playing field and create a cooperative space for commerce that serves the underserved business community. After becoming MWBE certified\, and receiving training from New York State\, Gladys' desire is to help as many businesses as possible through the certification process. Her goal is to support and nurture business owners of colors throughout the region. Gladys is also the most recent\, and much deserving\, recipient of the Tompkins Chamber Noel Desch Person of the Year award.
