DESCRIPTION:Join us in celebrating the 25-year anniversary of the Community Foundation of Tompkins County at this special Business After Hours!\n\n\n\nWe are excited to join our host\, the GIAC Rec Center (GRC)\, in celebrating all the wonderful work the Community Foundation has done over the last 25 years. The Community Foundation was established in 2000 with a mission to bring people and resources together to build a more equitable Tompkins County by inspiring diverse philanthropy\, catalyzing collaborations and championing inclusion and justice. Since its establishment\, they have distributed nearly $33 million in over 7\,500 grants to projects and programs\, including support in building the GRC. \n\n\n\nThis event offers our members a special opportunity to share ideas and build connections. Held at various locations in Tompkins County\, this gathering is the perfect place to form long-lasting partnerships.\n\n\n\nThere will be a lovely spread of light refreshments and door prizes. Special prizes from the Community Foundation this month include one $250 grant certificate and one $100 grant certificate. Winners will consult with Community Foundation staff to choose which Tompkins County serving mission driven organization they would like their grant certificate awarded to.
