In lieu of a virtual Business After Hours\, the Chamber & DIA invite you to patronize restaurants and stores of your choice Downtown\, on The Commons and in Press Bay Alley on Wednesday\, August 12th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm! \n\n \n\nWe encourage those who can\, to come see their Chamber/business friends\, and network from afar with an experience more interesting than Zoom at our desks. Tables will be spread out at least 6 feet apart to comply with social distancing guidelines\, face coverings are required when people aren?t eating and appropriate sanitation guidelines will be enforced. \n\n\n\nPlease keep in mind\, it?s not about walking around and drinking as this is not a street festival. This is about sitting down and enjoying a meal in an environment where you know restaurants are taking precautions\, but more importantly\, dining out and spending some money to support downtown businesses.\n\nCalling ahead\, stopping down and picking up your order to go is also just fine.\n\n\n\nAs a special treat to those who participate\, the first 15 people to register get a $5 gift card to shop downtown during this community Business After Hours. *gift cards will available for pick up at Monks on the Commons for the notified recipients*\n\nAdditionally\, the Chamber and Downtown Ithaca Alliance will be hosting a drawing of a Downtown Gift Card for $50 for anyone who posts photos with the hashtag #DineOutDowntownIthaca on their Instagram\, Facebook or Twitter. \n\n\n\nThe Chamber is committed to continuing to make connections\, be a resource\, and meet the needs of our members.
