DESCRIPTION:The Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner\, Meeting & Community Awards will take place on Thursday January 28\, 2016.  Join us for a celebratory toast in making Tompkins County the best place to live\, work\, and grow a business in Central NY.  This event is the place to see and be seen in Tompkins County's government\, civic\, and business communities.\n\n			\n\n			Our Menu Includes: \n\n			\n\n			Honey Roasted Pear Salad- Baby Field Greens with Honey Roasted Pears\, Pepita Crusted Goat Cheese with Vanilla Spice Vinaigrette\n\n			\n\n			Your Choice Of: \n\n			\n\n			Filet Mignon - With a Red Wine Demi-Glace\n\n			\n\n			Asparagus Chicken Roulade - Chicken Breast Stuffed with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers Served with a Feta Studded Polenta and a Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce.\n\n			\n\n			Sweet Potato Gnocchi - Gorgonzola and Sage Cream with Roasted Beets\, Toasted Pistachio and Micro Beet Greens.\n\n			\n\n			Portobello Mushroom Napoleon - Portobello Mushrooms layered with Zucchini\, Roasted Peppers\, Polenta\, Served with a Roasted Tomato Coulis.
