Kelly is the Chief Advancement Officer, Executive Director of the TC3 Foundation at Tompkins Cortland Community College. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, strategic planning and community engagement, she is passionate about building meaningful partnerships that expand opportunities for students and strengthen the communities they serve.
