Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services

C.A.R.S. Outpatient Program – 334 W. State St., Ithaca, NY 14850
A NYS-OASAS licensed and regulated outpatient substance use disorder treatment program featuring initial treatment assessments as well as individual and small group counseling. Counseling is available in-person and through telehealth, and medication assisted treatment is by prescription. Treatment is according to individualized assessment and planning. Services are available by walk-in Mondays through Fridays 7am to 4:30pm, or by appointment. The Outpatient program can be reached at 607-273-5500.

C.A.R.S. Opioid Treatment Program

A NYS-OASAS licensed and regulated substance use disorder treatment program where treatment medications are administered to treat opioid dependency. Clinical services include counseling and medical support. Nursing staff provide individual assessment and care planning. Opioid Treatment Program participation requires initial screening, which can be scheduled by calling 607-273-5500.

C.A.R.S. Men’s Residential Program – 6621 NY RT 227, Trumansburg NY 14886
A 60-bed, long-term (3-to-6-month) Men's Residential 820 Rehabilitation substance use disorder treatment program licensed and regulated by NYS-OASAS, C.A.R.S. men’s program offers a variety of individual and small group counseling and enrichment activities as well as medication assisted treatment. Services are provided on-site. Admission is by approved application. The residential program can be reached at 607-273-5500.
